Jonathan Pacifici, General Partner

Jonathan was born in Rome and moved to Israel at the age of 19. He holds a BA in management from the Ben Gurion University in the Negev and an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA program of the Northwestern University and the Tel Aviv University. Before founding Wadi Ventures, Jonathan served as Managing Partner of JP & Partners, a management consulting boutique. In the last twelve years Jonathan consulted many of the major hi tech firms as well as leading startups developing a strong understanding in telecommunication, Internet, security, enterprise software, media and BPO. In Israel he has represented major European corporations and investors.

Marco N. Bernabè, General partner & investor

Marco Norberto was born in Paris but has grown up in Rome. He holds a BA in business administration from Roma TRE University. After his first working experience in London in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse, he moved to Cagliari where he joined Tiscali, the first italian “Free Internet Service Provider”. He later joined Hutchison Whampoa “HWL” , Hong Kong based conglomerate controlled by Li Ka Shing where he served as Manager in the Group Management Accounting & Planning, Group Accounts and Taxation division in London, Paris and Hong Kong’s office where he joined the Head Office team. He recently moved back to Italy where he actively manages his Family investment vehicle FB Group, which mainly focuses on renewable energy and new technologies.

Reuven Ulmansky, Partner

Reuven is a veteran of the elite 8200 technology intelligence unit of the Israeli Defense Force, a graduate in aeronautical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology – and he holds an MBA from the Hebrew University. A strategy and economic consultant, Reuven is an adjunct professor at the Guildford Glazer Faculty of Business & Management at Ben-Gurion University and other institutions, teaching entrepreneurship, strategy and technology innovation. Reuven held a variety of senior managerial posts in large international and Israeli organizations such as Intel Corporation as director and finance manager, and Koor Industries Pharmaceutical group (Senior Executive VP for Finance and Business Development), and served as a technology expert in Israel Aircraft Industries. He served as a mentor and strategist for many of the most successful Israeli start ups.
